DreamReality is an experimental prototype for capturing dream narratives and transforming them into structured storyboards and visual media while preserving the relationship between the original account and generated artifacts.

What is implemented

The prototype works from a told or written dream account. It structures the narrative into scenes, turns those scenes into a storyboard, and renders visual media from the storyboard — while keeping the chain between the person’s original words and each generated artifact explicit, so the output can always be traced back to the account that produced it.

That traceability is the point. Generated media is easy; generated media that remains honest about its source is not. A dream retelling is already an interpretation, and each transformation step adds another layer — the prototype is designed so those layers stay visible instead of collapsing into a single confident image.

Long-term research direction

A further question — whether physiological signals such as EEG could eventually inform how dream narratives are captured or reconstructed — is a long-term research direction only. It is not an implemented capability of this prototype, and nothing here should be read as a claim that dreams can currently be decoded from brain signals.

Status and limitations

DreamReality is an experimental prototype: a vehicle for exploring the narrative-to-storyboard pipeline, not an available product. It has no public release, and its outputs are research artifacts rather than validated reconstructions of what anyone actually dreamed.
